Corporate Secretarial Executive
About this job
The successful candidate will handle a portfolio of clients consisting of private local and foreign companies in the provision of corporate secretarial services which includes:
· Attending to clients on routine corporate secretarial matters
· Incorporation of or striking-off of companies
· Preparing the necessary documents re AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ minutes etc
· Advising on and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory provisions
· Being conversant in statutory filings with ACRA and other relevant authorities
· Maintaining necessary statutory records
· The ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Requirements:
· Undertaken courses in statutory secretarial works, or equivalent qualifications
· Familiar with the Companies Act and related requirements
· Minimum 2 years corporate secretarial experience, desirable
· Proficiency in computer skills
Other Information:
· 5-day work week plus medical & hospitalisation benefits, etc.
· Attractive remuneration offered.
· Office is outside CBD near a MRT station
