Office Executive

We are a bilingual school (German-English and French-English) officially recognized by the Swiss Confederation. Around 220 children (between the age of two and twelve) from 16 different countries are currently attending the SSIS. Focused on expat’s needs, the SSIS is embedded in the tropical landscape of Singapore, away from busy roads and designed as a learning oasis. We stand for a high-quality educational offer with the aim of enabling our students to learn independently and creatively.

Reception

· Responsible for managing the reception area by providing prompt and efficient service to visitors, students, and employees.

· Receive all visitors and assist with enquiries

· Responsible for handling all incoming calls and mails

· Attending and treating students with first aid for minor injury

· Co-ordinating new parents’ orientation appointment with class teacher

· Sale of school uniform and school merchandise

Administration

· Prepare documentation for new students, including confirmation letters, student contracts, billing of registration fees

· Process withdrawal of student

· Submit and manage student pass applications with ICA

· Co-ordinate bus bookings for excursions and outings

Requirements

· Strong in multi-tasking

· The ability to work independently, and to also work in a team

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English

· Knowledge of German or French will be an added advantage
