ServiceNow Engineer

Who This Role Is For:

The ServiceNow FSM Expert is the platform specialist responsible for all ServiceNow product capabilities. This is the most technically specialized role on the team, requiring deep hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Configure and develop ServiceNow FSM workflows for all 15 inspection division modules and common modules.
• Set up and manage ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and Agile Development tooling on the Engagement Instance.
• Implement a ServiceNow-native CI/CD pipeline using the CI/CD Spoke and ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Operate ServiceNow Instance Scan for static code quality checks, integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Develop and maintain mobile inspection workflows accessible to field officers.
• Configure role-based dashboards, reports, and analytics according to division requirements.
• Support product training delivery and produce training materials for each release milestone.
• Implement enforcement, asset management, scheduling, and notification modules.

Required expertise:

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in FSM, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM, ATF, and CI/CD Spoke.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for government agencies is strongly preferred.
