Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Sommelier team with wine and beverage service according to outlet standards.
• Recommend suitable wines and beverages based on guests’ preferences and food selections.
• Assist with wine presentation, opening, pouring and proper service techniques.
• Maintain accurate wine inventory, cellar organisation and stock levels.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of wines and beverages.
• Provide professional and personalised service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in wine service, beverage service or fine-dining hospitality is preferred.
• Good knowledge or strong interest in wines, spirits and other beverages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional service attitude.
• Relevant wine certification such as WSET or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
