Position: Coordinator- Supply Chain Management Team (Job ID: 20160)

Job Description:

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
  *May be required to travel on case by case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)
• Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Good Team Player, Time Management, Accuracy and Problem Solving skills
• Must be comfortable with working overtime occasionally and overseas travel.
