Full Time Position
$2,600 – $2,800/month with attractive incentive scheme

• 42–44 hours per week across 3 weekday full shifts, 1 weekday half shift, and 1 weekend
• Weekday full shift: 10am – 9pm (with 1.5hr lunch break)
• Weekday half shift: AM (10am – 3:30pm) or PM (3:30pm – 9pm)
• Weekend shift: 10am – 6pm (flexible lunch)

Clinic Operating Hours

• Mon, Thu, Fri: 10am – 2pm & 3:30pm – 9pm
• Tue: 3:30pm – 9pm
• Wed: Closed
• Sat & Sun: 10am – 6pm
• Closed on Public Holidays

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming patients and managing the front desk
• Handling appointment bookings, patient registration, and enquiries (walk-in and phone)
• Supporting chiropractors with patient preparation and clinic flow
• Managing billing, cashiering, and general administrative tasks
• Keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Warm, people-oriented, and genuinely service-minded
• Organised and detail-oriented
• A team player who can also work independently when needed
• Comfortable with basic IT and admin tasks
• Prior experience in healthcare is a bonus, but not a must. (we value attitude over credentials)
