Building Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and employees. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Requirements

Education

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of building maintenance experience, preferably in hotels, commercial buildings, or hospitality facilities.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance is preferred.
