【职位核心职责】

• 流程优化： 诊断现有供应链瓶颈，提出并实施改进方案，提升运营效率并降低不必要的成本。

• 团队管理： 领导并激励后勤团队，建立清晰的工作标准与考核机制。

• 供应商合作： 与第三方物流 (3PL) 及货运代理保持紧密沟通，确保服务质量达标并优化合作条款。

• 合规监督： 确保仓储与运输流程符合新加坡本地的法律法规及安全标准。

• 数据决策： 运用系统数据进行库存监控与运力规划，为公司决策提供支持。

【Key Responsibilities】

• Operational Oversight: Manage the full spectrum of logistics and warehousing, ensuring seamless integration from inbound to last-mile delivery.

• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement solutions to boost productivity and reduce operational costs.

• Leadership: Lead and inspire the logistics team, establishing clear workflows and performance benchmarks.

• Partner Management: Collaborate closely with 3PL providers and freight forwarders to ensure service excellence and optimize contracts.

• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Singapore’s local regulations and workplace safety standards.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor inventory and plan capacity using operational data to support overall business goals.
