HR Operations & Systems Improvement Specialist

Enjoy improving processes but are also comfortable handling hands-on HR operations? You will manage daily HR activities while identifying process gaps, improving systems and building smarter workflows. This role suits someone who enjoys both operational work and solving problems through technology.

• Location: Near Labrador Park MRT
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours (2 days Hybrid)
• Salary: Up to $4,500 per month + 2-month bonus + medical Plan
• Contract: 12 months, renewable

What You’ll Be Doing -

HR Operations:

• Support annual HR exercises such as performance reviews, bonus administration and promotions.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, claims, vendor payments and other employee matters.
• Respond to HR process and system enquiries.
• Review HR records and transactions to ensure data accuracy.

Systems and Process Improvement:

• Identify repetitive tasks, process gaps and areas for improvement.
• Improve or automate HR workflows using HR systems, digital forms and low-code tools.
• Support HR system administration, including user access and data maintenance.
• Create and update digital forms, workflows, SOPs and system guides.
• Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.
• Support system training, adoption and process changes.

• Comfortable handling daily HR operations—not only system or project work.
• Able to identify problems and take initiative to improve processes.
• Meticulous, adaptable and comfortable working independently.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
