Public Sector | $3,300 per Month | Near Kent Ridge MRT

Looking to gain broad HR experience? This role covers the full employee lifecycle, internship coordination, staff engagement, HR systems and process improvement.

• Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
• Salary: $3,300 per month
• Contract: 11 months

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, staff movements and exits.
• Coordinate with the shared services team on employee record creation and updates.
• Manage the internship programme, including recruitment, documentation and coordination with hiring departments.
• Plan and coordinate staff engagement activities and internal events.
• Maintain employee files, HR records and systems.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Min 2 years of HR Experience.
