Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Drive the sales and promotion of our flavour portfolio to existing and potential customers across assigned accounts and territories.
• Identify new market opportunities, product concepts and business opportunities to support business growth.
• Support regional sales activities and collaborate with overseas offices to promote the flavour portfolio.
• Work closely with Marketing, Creation and Laboratory teams on sample submissions, market trends, customer requirements and new product opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, product launches, market strategies and business developments.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations on flavour solutions and product concepts to prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, affiliates and internal stakeholders to gather market intelligence and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production, product delivery and fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Keep up to date with flavour trends, concepts, applications and developments within the food and beverage industry.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the Flavour industry
• Excellent customer relationship management skills and able to work in multi-cultural environment
• Proficient in English; multilingual is an added value
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills and with good influencing skills
