About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO & GEO Specialist to lead search growth strategies across a portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and can take ownership of performance from analysis through execution.

You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, solving complex SEO challenges, and driving measurable improvements in visibility, traffic, leads, and business outcomes. Beyond traditional SEO, you will also contribute to strategies focused on AI-powered search experiences and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead SEO and GEO strategies tailored to client objectives and growth targets.
• Establish clear roadmaps, performance metrics, and prioritization frameworks for assigned accounts.
• Analyze website performance and search data to uncover opportunities, issues, and emerging trends.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and oversee implementation of recommended fixes.
• Validate completed optimizations and measure their impact on performance.
• Monitor organic search health, identify risks proactively, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Partner with content, development, paid media, and account management teams to ensure search best practices are integrated into campaigns.
• Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with changes in search algorithms, AI search experiences, and industry developments.
• Support the development of team capabilities through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience managing multiple websites, brands, or client accounts.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, website performance, and search engine guidelines.
• Proven ability to identify issues, prioritize initiatives, and drive implementation that produces measurable results.
• Experience working with SEO platforms and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar solutions.
• Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-driven search experiences, and evolving search behaviors.
• Ability to interpret data and translate complex findings into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing website migrations, redesign projects, or large-scale technical SEO initiatives.
• Exposure to programmatic SEO and scalable content strategies.
• Understanding of content marketing, paid advertising, and social media ecosystems.
• Experience working within an agency environment or managing multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
