About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Excellence / Continuous Improvement professional to drive Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), operational excellence and process transformation across large-scale operations.

The role will lead cross-functional improvement projects, identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency, and drive sustainable improvements across warehouse, logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and BPR projects to improve operational efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Drive Business Process Re-engineering, job redesign, automation and digitalisation initiatives across business units.
• Analyse business processes, operational performance, costs and benefits to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Coach and develop Lean Six Sigma practitioners while promoting a strong Continuous Improvement and operational excellence culture.
• Support ISO, HSE and Sustainability initiatives and ensure processes comply with relevant standards.
• Track project outcomes and ensure improvements deliver measurable productivity, quality and cost savings.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement or BPR, preferably within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or large-scale operations.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with proven hands-on experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, alongside strong BPR / process improvement / job redesign capabilities.
• Strong knowledge and practical exposure to ISO 9001 / ISO 9000, with ISO 14001 experience preferred; knowledge of HSE and Sustainability practices is an advantage.
• Project Management training or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent, with proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• Singapore Citizens only, due to project clearance requirements

📍 Location: Tuas / West Region
🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
💰 Salary: Up to $10,000/month, depending on experience
🚗 Company Transport: Not provided
💼 Employment: Full-time
