10 Months Marketing Analyst (VBA / Automation) | Bank | Up to $4200 #NKA

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 10 months contract (extendable)

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary: Up to $4200 + prorated bonus

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Private Bank Digital Engagement and Analytics team, you will support the preparation, review, distribution and tracking of personalised client engagement content, including pitchbooks, trade ideas and GenAI-generated campaign materials.

• Review GenAI-generated wealth advisory and marketing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, appropriate tone, branding and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Document review outcomes, feedback and recurring content issues, and escalate matters promptly where required.
• Design macros and automation solutions to support personalised content distribution via the central mailbox.
• Manage end-to-end campaign distribution, including preparation, pre-distribution checks, deployment and timely delivery to the intended audience.
• Track content distribution and update Relationship Managers on centrally distributed content.
• Maintain the central mailbox and respond to or escalate client queries as appropriate.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve future campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Excel macros, VBA, scripting, low-code tools or workflow automation is highly preferred.
• Exposure to campaign deployment, content distribution, mailbox management or shared-folder processes.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with familiarity in BI or data visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI or Tableau.
