Marketing & Communications Executive/ Senior Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Marketing & Communications Executive / Senior Executive to drive a wide range of marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role is ideal for a marketing all-rounder who is comfortable managing content, campaigns, digital marketing and events, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver projects from concept through to execution and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives across multiple brands and business areas.

• Create and manage engaging content across relevant marketing and communication channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and events from concept through to execution and post-campaign evaluation.

• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.

• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.

• Manage and optimise digital marketing activities, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM and GEO, through hands-on execution or vendor management.

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, translating data and insights into actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

What We are Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

• A versatile marketing all-rounder with experience across content, communications, campaigns, digital marketing and events.

• Proven ability to independently manage and execute marketing initiatives, from planning through to delivery.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the confidence to work across different teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Hands-on experience with digital advertising, marketing analytics, SEO/SEM and search-related activities.
