About the Job:

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a key role as the first point of contact for our customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day frontline operations at our front desk. We are looking for someone who presents a professional image, provides accurate information, and enjoys interacting with people. Above all, we seek someone with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Main Duties:

• Create memorable first impressions by warmly welcoming customers

• Professionally manage customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and other channels with care

• Take ownership in understanding customer needs by providing timely and effective solutions

• Support the day-to-day operations of the centre, including registrations, scheduling, attendance tracking, and customer record management using the CRM system

• Collaborate with teams across TLL to ensure smooth operational flow and seamless customer experience

• Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where teamwork and exceptional service are valued

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field

• Able to work with 3 weekdays and 2 weekends schedule and shift hours

• Proficient in English and bilingual to communicate effectively with customers

• Computer literacy

• Candidates who have worked in the hospitality and service industry are preferred

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Possess emotional maturity and passion for customer service

• Equipped with good mediation and persuasive skills

• Positive, outgoing personality with a professional disposition
