Position: Florist & Retail Assistant
Prince's Landscape is looking for its next Florist and Retail Assistant, where you’ll be involved in creating beautiful floral arrangements while supporting customers with their orders and enquiries. You’ll also play a hands-on role in developing new floral products, preparing product costing and pricing, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our flower shop.

Ideally, we are looking for an individual that can support the following areas:

Key Responsibilities

• Floral arrangement and florist-related duties
• Face and assist customers with flower and floral product enquiries
• Respond to emails relating to floral products, orders and enquiries
• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries relating to floral products
• Prepare and maintain costing sheets for floral products and arrangements
• Take photos of floral arrangements and new products for marketing and product listings
• Assist with product development and the creation of new floral products
• Assist with product pricing and costing
• Provide general administrative support related to the retail and flower shop operations

Key Requirements

• Basic Floristry experience or relevant floral knowledge
• Comfortable with customer interactions and handling of in-person and online enquiries
• Basic knowledge on Word, Excel, and maintenance of costing sheets
• Prior experience in preparing basic costing calculations and quotes would be an added advantage
