• Lead and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer experiences and ensure consistent service quality on the sales floor (supervisory role).
• Support the team in improving selling skills and achieving sales targets and KPIs (supervisory role).
• Manage escalated customer issues and provide effective resolution when needed (supervisory role).
• Provide high-quality customer service with professionalism and respect at all times.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and in-store offerings.
• Ensure all merchandising follows brand standards.
• Stay updated on current market trends and brand positioning.
