Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month

Job Scope
- Process customer orders and transactions accurately
- Retrieve purchase orders and submit invoices via customer portals
- Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams
- Follow up on outstanding orders, fulfilment and billing matters
- Coordinate customer returns with Warehouse and Sales
- Issue credit and debit notes when required
- Handle documentation, paperwork and data updates
- Perform general administrative duties
Requirements
- Relevant administrative, sales support or order processing experience is an advantage
