Business Processing Assistant (Financial Institution) (12 months) #JTL

· Assist in the issuance of policy contracts and endorsements;

· Assist in the issuance of policy adjustment, member movement;

· Responsible for premiums computation and experience refund;

· Ensure tax invoices/endorsement schedules/medical cards are issued timely;

· Liaise with direct clients/intermediaries on employee benefits related queries via phone calls or email;

· Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation;

· Understand the workflow and to work with Section Head on identifying areas of improvement for operations efficiency;

· Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead;

· Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;

· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and

· Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Proficient in MS Office
