Airfreight Operation Executive (East / 5 days) [EL]
About this job
- Manage daily import/export and shipping documentation, including permits, air waybills, and bills of lading.
- Review and prepare shipping and customs documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal departments, customers, and freight forwarders to coordinate documentation matters.
- Monitor documentation requirements and ensure timely submission of all necessary documents.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of shipping and operational documentation.
