Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality skincare and beauty treatments to our clients, ensuring a relaxing experience while achieving visible results. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and promoting our range of beauty services and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Treatment Delivery: Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including but not limited to:Facials (Manual and Machine-based)Body treatments and massagesWaxing, threading, or eyelash/brow services, Nail care and manicures/pedicures
• Product Recommendation: Educate clients on home-care routines and recommend appropriate skincare products to maintain treatment results.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and sterile work environment. Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage appointment bookings, maintain accurate client records, and handle payment processing.
• Customer Service: Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for all clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Possession of a recognized certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO, or local accredited diplomas).
• Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 1–3 years] of experience in a salon or spa environment is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong certifications are welcome to apply.
