Urgent !! Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for multiple clients across different industries.
• Prepare financial statements, GST returns, and corporate and individual tax filings.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with clients to collect accounting documents and resolve queries.
• Assist with statutory filings and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Work closely with Corporate Secretarial, Tax, and Audit teams to complete client assignments.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
• Good attention to detail, analytical, and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
