Urgent !! HR Assistant (Construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle foreign worker Work Permit applications, renewals, and records.
• Manage security bonds and ensure timely renewals.
• Assist with monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and salary calculations.
• Coordinate with MOM, insurance providers, and relevant authorities.
• Liaise with overseas recruitment agencies for worker deployment.
• Arrange MWOC, air tickets, airport pick-up, onboarding, and accommodation.
• Maintain accurate HR and employee records.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Prior HR/Admin experience in a construction company is preferred.
• Experience handling foreign workers and Work Permits.
• Experience with PCP, MWOC and CSOC arrangements.
• Familiar with MOM processes and payroll administration.
