About the job:

Weare seeking a Customer Service Associate, to assist the team in frontline operations at the front desk ensuring smooth operations. You will need to display a professional image by delivering high-quality service experience andaccurate information to customers.

Responsibilities:

•Ability to deliver professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role

Identify customers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level ofcustomer service delivery and satisfaction

•Keymember of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvementof processes to promote customer satisfaction

•Maintainclose liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of theoperational flow and ensure seamless client experience

Requirements:

•Possess at least a Diploma in any field

•Able to work with 3 weekdays and 2 weekends schedule and shift hours

•Proficient in English and bilingual to communicate effectively with customers

•Positive,outgoing personality with a professional disposition
