Accounts Receivable Executive (West/MNC)

• Review and verify supporting documents for AR transactions, ensuring accurate and timely posting in the accounting system.

• Prepare and process customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, account reconciliations, and contra transactions.

• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and respond to billing-related enquiries.

• Perform AR reconciliations and month-end closing activities, including preparation of AR reports and ageing analysis to support collections and cash flow management.

• Support the Assistant Finance Manager and Head of Finance in maintaining internal controls, improving processes, and handling ad hoc finance assignments.

Requirement:

• Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance; Accounting/Finance qualifications are advantageous.

• Strong English communication and Microsoft 365 skills, with SAP knowledge and the ability to learn new business systems.
