Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical duties
• Manage appointment scheduling, registration and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems
• Assist with enquiries and provide administrative support to patients and internal teams
• Coordinate paperwork, reports and other operational documentation
• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required

Requirements:

• N/O levels and above
• Relevant experience in healthcare administration or a similar administrative environment will be advantageous
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Meticulous, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
