Job Summary

Provide frontline support to drivers by handling enquiries, assisting with applications and documentation, escalating complex issues, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to driver enquiries via hotline, walk-ins, and email under supervisor guidance
• Provide clear explanations of operational procedures, company policies, and general information to drivers
• Assist drivers with application submissions, documentation, and administrative tasks to facilitate processes
• Escalate complex cases, complaints, and unresolved issues to senior officers or supervisors for resolution
• Accurately record and update driver interactions, enquiries, and case details in internal systems
• Collect and compile driver feedback and information to support departmental reporting
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to drivers
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Department Supervisor or Management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in service-related industries, preferably in frontline, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills applied in customer service contexts
• Professional, patient, and customer-oriented attitude when addressing driver concerns
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and follow supervisory guidance
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant customer service or administrative experience is advantageous
