M&E Technical Supervisor (1-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• To plan and implement maintenance schedule for building maintenance, M&E plants and equipment.
• Supervise all M&E works carried out by term and ad-hoc contractors, including tenant's fitting out contractors.
• Monitor, direct and ensure that all contracted works comply with specifications and statutory requirement.
• Conduct inspection of building to ensure compliance with all safety (including fire-safety) regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of all M&E plants and air-conditioning equipment and establish appropriate follow-up actions.
• Ensure technicians complete daily routine works, in accordance with checklist and SOP and provide guidance as a mentor.
• Establish, maintain good rapport with tenants and attend to their complaints.
• Attend to all emergency situations.
• Responsible for the preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure that the records are kept up to date for periodic review.
• Any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

• ITE /Diploma in a related field.
• At least 5 years related experience as a Senior Technician or Supervisor.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• This role is offered on a 1-year contract basis.
