Business Analyst (Workplace Strategist) - 1 Year Contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight on workplace designs to ensure they align with business goals and future-of-work principles.
• Develop and refine workplace strategies based on evolving business objectives, current trends, and user insights.
• Utilize workplace analytics to inform strategic recommendations and optimize space utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for successful project delivery and alignment.
• Communicate the workplace strategy and its value proposition effectively across various stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations for senior leadership and project teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging workplace practices.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Analytics, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 –10 years of experience in workplace design, strategy, or related roles, including interaction with senior project team members.
• Strong expertise in workplace analytics and converting insights into actionable strategy.
• Proven ability to review and provide strategic input on design proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong presentation capability.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with analytical tools for workplace data.
