Early Childhood Educator – Malay Language #HDC

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Plan and prepare creative learning materials and classroom activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment for children.
• Support children's learning, development, and overall well-being through daily interactions.
• Observe and document children's developmental progress.
• Organise and maintain engaging learning corners and classroom resources.
• Assist with daily classroom routines and ensure children's safety at all times.
• Participate in centre events, enrichment activities, and class administration.
• Build positive partnerships with parents to support each child's holistic development.
• Work collaboratively with fellow educators to deliver quality early childhood education.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Ability to deliver preschool lessons and communicate effectively in Malay, as the role involves teaching the Malay language to preschool children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and nurturing young learners.
• A positive team player with a caring and proactive attitude.
• Applicants with a Diploma in any discipline who do not possess the relevant Early Childhood qualification may be considered for an Assistant Teacher position, subject to suitability.
