EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, ADMIN & FINANCE (INTERNATIONALISATION)

1. PROGRAMME, EXHIBITION & EVENT MANAGEMENT

1.1 Plan the exhibition coordination as part of the Internationalisation and Regionalisation team, including tracking timelines and milestones

1.2 Prepare budget and secure sponsorship where necessary

1.3 Develop programme/event publicity materials for marketing

1.4 Liaise with all relevant government agencies, and all external partners and vendors to coordinate the exhibition/event

1.5 Be part of the team on-site for shows, in Singapore and overseas

1.6 Liaise with exhibitors for all admin & finance matters

1.7 Manage progress reporting

1.8 Prepare programme/event accounts

1.9 Collate post-exhibition evaluation and/or post-event survey

1.10 Prepare programme/event reports to meet compliance requirements

1.11 Administer the disbursement of grants as needed to exhibitors

2. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

2.1 Provide secretariat support to ASMI Council and relevant Committees

2.2 Provide support to other ASMI events and activities as and when required

2.3 Undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
