EXECUTIVE & SENIOR EXECUTIVE (INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT & RESEARCH)

1. SUPPORT ASMI’S SUSTAINABILITY & INNOVATION COMMITTEE (SIC)

a. Promote adoption of innovation, decarbonisation and renewables within the marine sector

b. Facilitate transformation of the marine sector towards a low emissions future economy

c. Manage meetings of the SIC

2. ADVANCE MARINE DECARBONISATION

a. Administer the Marine Decarbonisation Champions (MDC) Programme

b. Organise MDC collateral activities

c. Engage external stakeholders including government agencies towards programme objectives

3. ORGANISE THE MARINE AND OFFSHORE (M&O) SYMPOSIUM

a. Coordinate and manage the annual industry thought leadership event

b. Showcase innovative efforts and initiatives in the marine sector

c. Engage ASMI members and other external stakeholders towards symposium objectives

4. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

a. Support Grant writing for LEAD Programme for the Association (Primarily for the ITM Phase Two on Innovation and Sustainability)

b. Any other initiatives relating to industry development

c. Provide support to other ASMI events and activities as and when required

d. Undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
