Sales Manager - Wine & Spirits (F&B / Supply Chain Background Transition)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Transition & Client Acquisition: Leverage existing networks and relationships within the F&B supply chain (e.g., rice, cooking oil, dry goods, or general food distribution) to fast-track the promotion and sales of wine, spirits, and alcoholic beverages to Chinese restaurants, hotpot venues, and eateries.

2. Outdoor Sales Execution: Conduct regular field visits, cold calls, and product tastings with restaurant owners, managers, and bar buyers to pitch beverage portfolios.

3. Cross-Selling & Relationship Management: Convert existing F&B client trust into beverage procurement opportunities, maximizing account value through strategic cross-selling.

4. Negotiation & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle independently—from product sampling and commercial negotiations to contract signing and payment collection.

5. Market Intelligence: Gather market insights on local dining trends, competitor pricing, and beverage movement to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or supply chain distribution (particularly within the F&B, rice, oil, or dry provisions sector). Existing connections with local Chinese restaurants/F&B operators is a strong advantage.

• Highly motivated to transition into the beverage/alcohol sector, with a resilient and results-driven mindset for outdoor sales.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Mandarin (oral and written) to communicate effectively with diverse F&B stakeholders.
