[Semiconductors] Engineering Specialist - Woodlands

Working Hours & Benefits:

🔄 12-Hour Shift (3-2-2-3 pattern)

⏰Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:45 AM

💰 Basic Salary: $2,700 – $4,500 (based on experience)

💰 Shift Allowances: $20/night

🌴 14 Annual leave, Medical & Dental Benefits

🎁 13th mth Bonus (AWS), Variable Bonus (depend on performance)

📍 Work Location Woodlands

Job Scope:

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to meet yield, cycle time, and quality targets
• Monitor production yield, investigate process excursions, and drive root cause corrective actions
• Verify product ID labels for compliance with specifications and standards
• Analyze KPIV/KPOV data and process maps to maintain stable production performance
• Collaborate with engineers on troubleshooting, process improvements, and continuous improvement projects
• Support additional operational and engineering activities to meet department and company objectives

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Engineering, Mechatronics or similar studies.
• at least 1 year experience in engineering, not necessary in semiconductors industry.
