ACMV Technician (North/ 5,5 days)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance contracts and ensure service requirements and deliverables are met.
• Lead technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance of ACMV systems, including chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRV, and mechanical ventilation.
• Coordinate with clients, end users, subcontractors, and vendors to fulfil site and contract requirements.
• Monitor chiller plant operations and efficiency and prepare maintenance reports for clients and management.
• Manage maintenance administration, including the billing cycle and related documentation.

Job Requirements

• Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Min 1 years of experience in ACMV maintenance, preferably involving industrial or commercial air-conditioning and chiller systems.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems with the ability to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance independently.
• Able to work independently, maintain a positive attitude, and respond to site requirements outside routine working hours when required.
