IT Infrastructure Engineer (Project, IP Security/ Cybersecurity)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure, IT operations and end-user support.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.

• Manage IT incidents, service requests, changes and IT assets.

• Support new employee onboarding, device setup and basic IT orientation.

• Provide user guidance and training on Microsoft 365 and standard IT tools.

• Coordinate with regional/global IT teams and external vendors on technical issues and service delivery.

• Support infrastructure upgrades, equipment replacement and technology refresh projects.

• Assist with hardware procurement, installation and deployment activities.

• Support IT infrastructure and business technology projects from planning through implementation and go-live.

• Gather site requirements and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Conduct infrastructure readiness checks for new IT implementations.

• Support testing, deployment, cutover and post-implementation activities.

• Track project issues, risks and action items and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Maintain relevant IT documentation and change records.

• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, automation and overall user experience.

• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, IT service delivery or end-user support.

• Good understanding of IT service management, including incident, change and asset management.

• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, workplace technology and network fundamentals.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies is advantageous.

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, enterprise AI tools or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN and Wi-Fi infrastructure is advantageous.

• Knowledge of GxP, IT compliance or audit requirements is advantageous.

• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
