1 Year Contract Admin (Order Fulfillment) #HZTK

Location: Bendemeer

Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Verify order details, including product availability, pricing, customer information, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor and prioritise order queues to ensure smooth workflow.
• Update order status in the order management system.
• Resolve routine order discrepancies and escalate complex issues when required.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support inventory reconciliation and order verification activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
• Prepare, pack, and organise completed orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate with external delivery providers and handle delivery-related enquiries.
• Support urgent and special delivery requests.
• Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
