Events and Partnerships Coordinator (Arts & Culture)

We are looking for an experienced Events and Partnerships Officer to collaborate with arts, heritage and community partners in developing engagement strategies and managing cultural event operations.

• Up to $4,900 per month
• 3-month contract, renewable for another 9 months
• Central Area
• Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Drive awareness and participation in cultural intiatives through targeted outreach to cultural partners, the public, and specific demographic groups.
• Lead offline engagement activities including roadshows, pop-ups and community partnerships.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with cultural institutions, brands, community organisations, volunteers, and ambassadors.
• Plan and execute events, managing logistics and stakeholder coordination to maximise participation and sign-ups.
• Manage enquiries, monitor service level KPIs, and implement service improvements.
• Identify operational risks, support SOP development and audit documentation, and provide secretariat and administrative support as required.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in project management, administrative support, or programme coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner.
• Willingness to work on some weekends and evenings when required.
