Billing Executive (Logistics/East/Up to $3,000)

The Opportunity:

• Join a multinational shipping and logistics company

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

The Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing.

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve billing-related discrepancies and disputes.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on billing matters and rate clarifications.

• Generate monthly billing reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Perform administrative duties to support daily billing operations.

The Requirements:

• N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

• Experience in billing, logistics, customer service, or administrative functions will be advantageous.
