Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data centre operational activities, including:Key managementVendor escortFacilities and infrastructure inspectionsServer power-up activitiesMedia degaussingRoutine operational checksLaptop asset management
• Support operations within data centres and secure computer rooms.
• Ensure all operational procedures and security protocols are strictly followed.
• Monitor, escalate, and track incidents in accordance with established incident management procedures.
• Prepare operational reports for management.
• Support additional operational duties as assigned.
• Provide operational coverage when required.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Experience in data centre operations or computer room operations.
• Familiarity with data centre operational procedures and facilities management.
• Experience working in mission-critical or highly regulated environments will be an advantage.
• Strong incident management and operational support skills.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
