Project Manager ( M&E /Construction) - Up to $8000 + Bonus

Summary Benefits:

• Salary : $6000 - $ 8000

Job Scope:

• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and construction strategies.

• Oversee site activities and coordinate architectural, structural, M&E, interior, and other works.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.

• Monitor project progress, costs, variations, claims, EOT, and overall project profitability.

• Lead QA/QC activities, inspections, testing & commissioning, defect rectification, and handover.

• Ensure high-quality finishing and compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and regulations.

• Identify project risks, constructability issues, and delays, implementing suitable mitigation plans.

• Manage manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and long-lead materials to meet project requirements.

• Handle authority submissions, TOP/CSC applications, and project documentation.

• Lead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

• Prepare regular project progress reports and updates for senior management.

• Utilize BIM, scheduling, QA/QC, and project management systems to enhance project delivery.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline recognised by BCA.

• Candidates with experience in M&E or A&A works will have an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager will be added advantage.
