Sales Consultant-Junior Level

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and sales-driven Junior Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for introducing customers to our beauty products and treatment packages, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customers' beauty and skincare needs and recommend suitable products and treatments
• Promote and sell beauty treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products
• Explain treatment benefits, packages, pricing, promotions, and ongoing offers to customers
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits, package renewals, and additional purchases
• Achieve individual sales targets and monthly KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional assistance throughout their visit
• Introduce suitable add-on treatments and products based on customer needs
• Assist with appointment bookings, customer follow-ups, and basic store operations
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming sales environment
• Work closely with the beauty/treatment team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, beauty, skincare, wellness, or customer service is preferred
• Candidates with a strong interest in beauty and sales are welcome
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service
• Positive, energetic, and target-oriented personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn about beauty treatments, products, and sales techniques
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Sales experience in Singapore's beauty or retail industry will be an advantage
