Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional facial, skincare, and basic aesthetic treatments
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments
• Recommend appropriate skincare products based on customer needs
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and retail products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and treatment records
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology certification preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of facial and skincare treatments
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
