APAC Senior Procurement Manager (F&B)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the APAC/global procurement strategy, establishing procurement frameworks, policies and processes to support business expansion and operational requirements.
• Lead sourcing activities across key F&B categories including ingredients, raw materials, packaging, consumables, equipment and other indirect requirements.
• Identify, qualify and develop strategic suppliers across regional and global markets, building a reliable and scalable supply base to support new and existing markets.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management while driving cost savings, productivity improvements and total cost optimisation without compromising quality.
• Proactively manage supplier capacity, commodity exposure, lead times and supply risks to ensure continuity of critical materials and products.
• Establish procurement KPIs, spend visibility, supplier scorecards and governance processes while identifying opportunities for digitalisation and process improvement
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing procurement function capable of supporting a fast-growing regional/global organisation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in F&B Industry
• Regional/Global Exposure
• Likes challenges to build up new team
