Job Responsibilities:

• Delivered friendly and professional customer service, creating a positive experience for walk-in customers.

• Assisted customers with product recommendations, enquiries, and purchasing decisions based on their needs.

• Maintained accurate records of customer information, sales transactions, prescriptions, and work orders to support operational efficiency.

• Processed payments and managed cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Supported inventory control activities, including stock receiving, replenishment, inventory tracking, and merchandising.

• Ensured products were attractively displayed and maintained a clean, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment.

• Contributed to smooth daily store operations by assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating routine operational activities.
  

Requirements:

• Candidates with retail, customer service, or sales experience will have an advantage.

• Entry level candidates and those without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
