What You'll Do
- Support the Project Management team and senior stakeholders in managing engagements, including drafting agendas and minutes, building project plans and timelines, and monitoring scope, workstreams, deadlines and fees
- Facilitate the billing process and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed on progress
- Assist in implementing new technologies across live engagements
- Take ownership of and coordinate smaller discrete projects and other tasks
- Analyse and manipulate data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights for different stakeholders
- Support special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in professional services and/or project management
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- A self-starter with strong multi-tasking and forward-planning abilities
- High attention to detail and a methodical, positive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Advanced Excel skills advantageous; MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint and Power Automate skills preferable
- Genuine interest in AI tools and technology, and how they're reshaping service delivery
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets
