Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Central Workshop to ensure vehicles are diagnosed correctly and repaired properly on the first attempt, while achieving fast turnaround.

• Prepare and submit accurate warranty claims to Isuzu and JAC, and follow up to ensure reimbursement is received promptly.

• Monitor, report, and ensure timely completion of recalls and technical campaigns required by Isuzu and JAC.

• Assist Service Advisors with preparing accurate quotations for fleet and key-account customers according to company procedures.

• Investigate and assist the workshop in resolving vehicles that return due to unresolved or recurring problems.

• Support the NVP Coordinator in rectifying faults on new trucks and completing quarantine notices/campaign requirements before vehicle delivery.

• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.
  

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical or related engineering field.

• 2- 3 years' Experience automotive aftersales field.

• Experience in vehicle troubleshooting and warranty processes is an advantage.

• Heavy vehicle technician experience and knowledge preferred.

• DMS, EPC, OEM certifications and Class 3 license are advantageous.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
