Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to support our recruitment and client expansion efforts in Singapore. If you have a keen understanding of the labor market, especially in Singapore, and a drive to find new business opportunities, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a labor-related role or prior experience as an employment agent.
2. Licensing: Singapore employment agency license (CEI or KAH certificate) preferred.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with the employment agency landscape in Singapore and foreign labor processes.
4. Sales-Driven: Ability and willingness to build a client base across different industries in Singapore. High commission structure based on performance.
5. Market Development: Support the director in developing overseas labor services.
6. Additional Tasks: Complete other responsibilities as directed by the director.
