About this job
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Analyze client briefs, contract specifications, and design drawings to drive site implementation.
- Produce clear method statements, detailed shop drawings, and inspection documents to maintain quality control.
- Conduct ACMV static pressure, system performance, kitchen hood/exhaust, and staircase pressurization calculations to meet design and ventilation codes.
- Coordinate daily installation schedules across MEP and architectural trades to prevent trade conflicts on site.
- Prepare technical backup and justification for Variation Orders (VO), abortive works, and damage claims.
- Assist with Testing, Adjusting, and Commissioning (TAB) activities to ensure all equipment operates within specified design tolerances.
- Finalize as-built drawings and documentation to reflect true site conditions upon project completion.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
